You guys know that I love to support small local business’ and today I’m bringing you a business that is helping ease anxiety, one ring at a time.

Renascent Studios is a Toronto based small business ran by the lovely Lisa, an independent jewelry designer. I could not even begin to describe how sweet, kind, and down-to-earth she is! It was a pure pleasure to collaborate with her and I hope you all enjoy her beautifully handcrafted jewellery.

For those of us that are anxious or stressed the fidget jewelry really helps provide a way to manage these emotions in a discreet way.

Lisa

I’m usually very open about my anxiety and I am often exploring ways to manage it on a day to day basis. I know I’m not alone in this, and if you are anything like me, anxiety manifests itself in physical ways as well. I find when my anxiety is peaking I’ll do things like chew the insides of my cheeks, pick at my blackheads a lot more, or clench my hands/jaw. This is something that I’ve found fidget rings help with because it gives me a healthy distraction and a way to release some of the anxiety that isn’t so hard on my body.

Another feature I absolutely love is the daintiness of the rings, especially for petite gals like myself! Although the rings are pretty and dainty they are made to withstand the test of time with quality materials like sterling silver and 14K gold. Lisa makes sure to include all the care instructions with your order to maximize longevity! She’s so sweet she also includes a pink shining cloth for free.

Lisa has multiple fidget jewellery designs that are unique, beautiful, and will suit your taste – from rings to bracelets and necklaces! If you want to read more about her story and her business you can click HERE.
