Happy Friday friends! I hope you had a fantastic week, we had a bit of a weather drop this week so I was cuddled up inside with my girls for the majority of it! Yesterday was Tristan’s 24th birthday, her second birthday during a stay-at-home order and although we couldn’t go out to eat or have some drinks it was still a really wonderful day & evening. I’ll fill you in a little more about what we got up to and how I decorated [diy style] on Sunday when I catch you up on everything else going on in this crazy beautiful life of mine. For now let’s get into this weeks top loved, trending, and liked lists!
Never have I ever been so thrilled about denim. These high waisted Levi’s are the perfect pair of jeans in every single way – they hug my curves & are tight in all the right places, they’re so comfortable and the material is super soft. The first time I wore them I just kept saying “am I even wearing jeans???” I was that impressed – this is coming from the women who worships sweats.
Every summer I replace my classic white t-shirts with fresh, bright, new ones. White tee’s are such a staple because they’re so easy, but let’s face it they’re also the toughest to keep clean! Stains and sweat and wear over a season just aren’t worth the hassle of scrubbing and soaking to try to bring a t-shirt back to life. This white t-shirt is made of cotton so it’s soft & high quality without breaking the bank.
I’m a sucker for a cosy wrap and Anthropology definitely ticked all the boxes with this plaid wrap!
This white free people dress with ruffle detailing is so feminine and flirty I was drawn to it immediately. I love the texture and can see this piece easily being dressed up or down depending on the occasion!
These blue cut out slide sandals by Sam Edelman are another item that are easy to pair with just about any outfit and are on trend this spring!
This textured diamond shag bath rug looks so plush and pretty. I love the design and the size is perfect.
This classic 6-drawer dresser is right up my alley with adorable leather pulls that add a touch of warmth as well as the small detailing on the legs.
Air fryers are everywhere right now but it seems like the ninja air fryer is taking the fryer game by storm. It has amazing reviews and goes beyond by including reheating & dehydrating options.
I’ve been loving sconces lately and when it comes to our master bedroom makeover I feel like they add a level of maturity. This vintage farmhouse style sconce is 14” and comes in a beautiful matte black. It would also look great above a canvas!
This will be our second year that we have a big backyard and my wish list of projects is still growing. I’ve wanted to upgrade the interior of our basic metal shed so it’s more of a cosy, chill, alternate or hang out space however I’d have to find a home for all of our outdoor necessities [lawn mower, rakes, shovels, etc] that currently occupy the space. SO when I scrolled upon this A-frame playhouse that blogger Beverly Weidner and her husband made for their kids it gave me massive inspiration to create something similar for our backyard this year!
